  • Ahnoven ships monthly orders at the beginning of each month. If you place your order before the 1st, your package will be mailed on the first of the month as part of our regular shipment cycle. If you place your order after the 1st, don’t worry—we’ll ship it within 3–5 business days via USPS. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

  • By subscribing to Ahnoven’s monthly service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1. Subscription & Billing

    When you sign up for a monthly subscription, you authorize Ahnoven to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

     

    2. Shipping Schedule

    Monthly subscription boxes are shipped on the 1st of each month. To receive the upcoming month’s box, your subscription must be active before the 1st. New subscriptions placed after the 1st will receive their first box within 3–5 business days.

    3. Cancellation Policy

    You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. If you cancel after a payment has been processed, you will still receive that month’s shipment, and your subscription will end the following month.

    4. Refunds & Returns

    Due to the nature of our handcrafted, small-batch products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds on subscription boxes. If you are unsatisfied with your products or if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

    5. Payment Updates

    It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information is up to date. Failed payments may result in paused or canceled shipments.

    6. Changes to Subscription Terms

    Ahnoven reserves the right to modify subscription terms, product offerings, or pricing with advance notice. Subscribers will be notified via email of any significant changes.

    By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
